What are NomSticks?
NomSticks are premium, silvervine-based chew sticks for cats, designed to support natural chewing instincts, play, and dental hygiene. They’re made to give your cat a safe, satisfying way to nibble, chew, and bunny-kick to their heart’s content.
Are NomSticks safe for my cat?
Yes. NomSticks are crafted specifically for cats and are intended for supervised play and chewing. As with any treat or toy, keep an eye on your cat while they’re using NomSticks and remove any small, broken pieces that could be swallowed.
How long does order processing take?
Our processing time is typically 1–3 business days from the moment you place your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
What are your shipping times?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: approximately 7–10 business days.
International: approximately 7–14 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary based on the destination country, customs, and local postal services.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and local customs.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer refunds and returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any approved return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My cat isn’t interested in NomSticks. What should I do?
Every cat is unique. Some take to NomSticks instantly, while others need a little warm-up. Try offering the stick during playtime, rubbing it between your fingers to release more scent, or presenting it on the floor where your cat feels safe.
